More than 1 in 3 people 65 years or older fall each year. The risk of falling, and subsequently fall-related problems, rises with age.

Do not let the fear of falling keep you from living an active, independent life. Join us for a seminar on how to prevent falls, including a discussion of practical, effective tools to avoid, reduce and manage falling during the Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series at the Webster Library.

Tony E. Rosen, MD, MPH is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine.

Dr. Rosen is a researcher in elder abuse and geriatric injury prevention at Weill Cornell Medicine. His research focuses on improving identification, intervention, and prevention of elder abuse in the Emergency Department and other health care settings.
